Can you work within my budget?
We thoughtfully design journeys around each client’s travel goals and investment range. Our planning services are designed for ultra-luxury voyages with a minimum value of $20,000. This ensures we’re able to deliver the elevated, highly personalized service that defines the Maris & Miles experience.
Do you charge planning fees?
No, the cruise lines pay our commission. A simple $1,000 retainer is all that is needed to get started. After booking, your $1,000 is credited towards your cruise vacation making our services completely free to you!
What happens if plans change?
Life happens, and flexibility matters. Most cruises are fully refundable up to 120 days before sailing, and our team is here to seamlessly assist with changes, rescheduling, or cancellations. For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend travel insurance to safeguard your plans from unexpected events before and during your trip
